I was very impressed with Canada's Restoration Services. I had a water damage issue which resulted in mold growth and was not sure what to do?. They were all extremely helpful and informative. Everything was explained to me step by step from the first call to a Customer Service Rep to the Project manager coming out. My options were clearly laid out and financing was offered to me which we took them up on. I would highly recommend their services, they did a fantastic job and were very pleasant and respectful in my home. Having the financing offer had made it possible to act quickly on our issue.

I was moving boxes in my parents basement, I noticed some mold on the drywall I freaked out and called CRS. The next day they sent out Jon to do the inspection. After an extensive inspection Jon had found several other areas that I did not originally notice were moldy as well. We had Jon and his team start work on the basement right away and they removed the drywall and insulation.  CRS team completed the work quickly and professionally and the team members answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. Not only were they able to remove the affected area's, but they were able to put things back as if nothing had ever happened! Now our basement mold problem is resolved thanks to an amazing job by CRS.

I have a construction company in Edmonton and during one of the jobs, we came across mold in the basement. Knowing I was not certified, I gave Canada’s Restoration Services a call. They were able to come out right away and give a quote on the removal. I meet with Terry, who was great and definitely knew what he was talking about. He had a quote off to me that afternoon and with the homeowners approval, we started the work the next day. I will definitely use them again when I come across mold. Thanks again guys!

A big thanks to CRS Edmonton. I had them out to look at the mold on our bathroom ceiling. They helped identify the source which was the fan not working properly.
